Hi, I am Briana, a licensed esthetician, CIDESCO diplomat, and the founder of Skin Seed. I knew skin was my calling before I ever graduated high school — watching my mom enjoy her facials sparked something in me early on, and that fascination never left. With a decade of experience across med spas, luxury spas, and dermatology offices, I bring a well-rounded, clinical perspective to every treatment. Skin Seed is an intentional skincare studio rooted in barrier focused and results driven treatments that support both skin health and overall well being. I believe skincare goes beyond the surface. When we slow down and care for the body, true restoration begins. My approach is gentle, corrective, and fully customized. Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your unique skin needs, whether you are addressing acne, sensitivity, aging concerns, or seeking restoration. My goal is to strengthen the skin barrier, enhance your natural features, and support long term skin health without compromising integrity. This space was designed to feel calm, safe, and welcoming. CANCELLATION POLICY
Late Arrival Policy Please arrive at least five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow your service to begin on time. Clients who arrive more than fifteen minutes late will be considered a no show, as there will not be sufficient time to properly complete the treatment. A fee equal to fifty percent of the scheduled service will be charged. ⸻ Cancellation Policy A minimum of forty eight hours notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled forty eight hours or more in advance will not be charged. Cancellations made with less than forty eight hours notice will result in a charge equal to fifty percent of the scheduled service amount. Appointments with declined cards must be resolved before future bookings can be scheduled. ⸻ No Show Policy Missed appointments without notice prevent the opportunity to accommodate other clients and result in lost time. No show appointments will be charged fifty percent of the scheduled service amount. Clients with outstanding balances or declined cards will be unable to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
